This is the day the weekend opens up.
Morning starts gently. A slow breakfast is laid out at 7:00 AM — coffee, tea, fresh fruit, the kind of breakfast that doesn't ask you to be ready. Wake up when you wake up.
At 9:00 AM, our first movement session — a slow pilates flow with breathwork woven in, led by Lindsey. The kind of practice that doesn't ask you to perform. The kind that asks you to listen.
Brunch follows at 10:30 — eggs, slow oats, fresh things, the meal you'd make for yourself if you had time.
Then the afternoon belongs to you. The pool. The dock. A nap. A book. A conversation with the woman in the kitchen. Nothing is required.
At 4:00 PM we gather for our signature Cullinan ritual — a cacao ceremony with journaling and sound. Ninety minutes of heart-opening practice at sunset. Most women describe this as the heart of the weekend.
Golden hour at the lake follows. Photos for those who want them. An adaptogenic cocktail in your hand.
Saturday dinner at 7:00 PM is the chef's flagship meal — three courses, long table, candles, conversation that has nothing to do with work. The kind of dinner you wish every weekend ended with.
The night closes however it wants to. Some women sit by the fire. Some go to bed at 9.
Saturday includes: Pilates + breathwork · Slow brunch · Open afternoon · Cacao ceremony + journaling + sound · Private chef dinner · Open evening
